Surprised by how much they spent on subscriptions

The ‘Alerts’ function was also beneficial, as it helped them avoid paying for subscriptions they would have forgotten to cancel otherwise. Who would have thought that something as simple as receiving an email before services are renewed would add so much value? But it has helped us remember to cancel services we would have missed otherwise," says Robert.
