How does the "Monitor" plan differ from the "Optimize" plan?

The Monitor plan gives you automated discovery of the SaaS apps  used across your organization, and the ability to manage them.

Our Optimize plan provides usage data at the individual level and other insights to help you manage and optimize your SaaS environment.
